1. Collection and the purpose of personal data processing

1.1. The purpose of personal data processing in the system is to ensure the implementation of civil relations, providing, receiving and making payments for purchased goods and services in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine”.
1.2. Personal information should be understood as true, provided data to the Seller, which can be used to identify an individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur.

2. Procedure for the personal data processing: obtaining consent, notification of rights and actions with personal data of the personal data subject

2.1. The consent of the subject’s personal data must be a voluntary expresion of the person's consent to the permission to process their personal data, in accordance with the stated purpose of their processing.
2.2. The consent of the personal data subject is considered to be given from the moment of confirmation of the Order.
2.3. Notification of the personal data subject about the processing of his/her personal data, rights defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, the purpose of data collection and persons to whom their personal data is transferred, is carried out during the registration of civil relations in accordance with applicable law.
2.4. The processing of personal data on racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, as well as data related to health or sexual life (special categories of data) is prohibited.

3. Terms of personal data disclosure to third parties

3.1. The procedure for access to personal data of third parties is determined by the conditions of consent of the personal data subject provided to the owner of personal data for such data processing, or in accordance with the requirements of the law.
3.2. Access to personal data is not granted to a third party if the said person refuses to undertake to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” or is unable to provide them.
3.3. The subject of relations related to personal data submits a request for access (hereinafter – the request) to personal data to the owner of personal data.
3.4. In accordance with the law, in court, in the trial, and/or on the basis of public requests or requests from government agencies in the country – to disclose your personal information. The Seller may disclose information about the Buyer, if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate for security, law enforcement or other socially important cases.

4. Personal data security

4.1. The Seller guarantees compliance with the conditions of confidentiality, and the implementation of all possible actions regarding the security of personal data of Buyers.

5. Newsletter and information messages

5.1. Newsletters and informational messages will be sent to the e-mail addresses of Buyers who have purchased the Goods in the Online Store and/or participated in promotions and/or other marketing activities (contests, raffles, prizes, etc.). The basis for receiving the mailing and/or informational message is the Buyer's consent to such mailing, issued by specifying the e-mail address an /or mobile phone number, which the Buyer on his own initiative indicated in the form or when ordering in the Online Store.

5.2. The buyer can unsubscribe at any time by sending a return e-mail request
